Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) helps free you from your blocks. Using hypnosis to tap into your subconscious mind, we can identify the root of your issue, release, and transform it in a powerful, deeply impactful, long lasting way.
RTT is a new therapy method that incorporates
components of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, and cognitive behavioral therapy. It’s designed to uncover the root cause of an issue in order to imprint new, positive, and powerful messages into the client’s subconscious and produce permanent results through rewiring the neural pathways of the brain.
A session with me, Ariel, shifts the basis of your mindset, providing you a more confident platform from which to move forward. Thank you so much for the incredible RTT session. Within two days of my session my hoarse, cracking voice came back clear and strong. I was blown away by the insight found in the session and also the practical knowledge of how to avoid issues with losing my voice in the future. As you know my voice is my instrument, so knowing how to care for it while still pursuing all of the things I love has been a game changer. The thing I find most special about you, that translated fully in my session, was how deeply intuitive you are. Sessions are done in the convenience and comfort of your home and mine

Yes, it is just as powerful and impactful as in-person sessions, but I actually think they are better! By removing the uncertainty of coming to a new space, you can have better control and familiarity by setting yourself up in the best place of your choosing, get nice and cozy in your favorite comfy space in your home - or space you feel comfortable and can be alone in.
I am available for in person group events at a yoga studio, wellness center, etc. in the greater WI area.
I'm sooooo grateful for our session yesterday!! I am so happy we did that and I really think it helped me realize what the anxiety has done, it went deeper than just learning how to deal with the anxiety because it also helped show where it came from and why it persisted.
